You are guaranteed to have 5, 10 or 20 hours throughout each week reserved for your requests. The time does not roll over from week to week if you don’t use it. We often spend more than your guaranteed hours if you have active requests or a request in the queue.
If you do the math, it’s like paying less than $15/hour for a stellar designer with no extra costs.
As much as you want. We’ll keep your projects in a queue and work on them one at a time. We work much like a really great employee with a vested interest in seeing your business succeed. We will use the time we have allotted for you to the best of our ability and put in extra time where we can.
Our goal is to get you the designs you need, make them stellar and keep it low cost.
Depends on the the project, and on your preferences. Your designer will get to know what your priorities are during your initial video conference, and as they continue to work with you.
We also have included an option to indicate whether quick turn-around or stellar design and message is more important on each request.
If you need an estimate on turnaround time, just email your designer and ask.
You won’t experience the delays you may have experienced with a freelancer. We take care of sales, administration, and all other worries a freelancer has, so that your designer is free to work on your designs. If your designer is on vacation or out for personal reasons, another designer on our team to get your projects completed promptly.
Yes! There are several ways of communicating with your designer:
- All accounts include an initial video conference to allow your designer to understand more about your needs and for you to learn how best to use our services.
- Of course, you can submit a design request.
- You can email your designer anytime here.
- You can schedule free creative sessions if included in your subscription level (1 per week for Agency Subscribers, 1 per month for Entrepreneur Subscribers). Creative sessions can be via video conference or phone.
- You can schedule paid creative sessions if you are a Startup Subscriber or if you would like extra sessions beyond what is included.
While you can submit as many projects as you’d like, we will only work on one at a time. Until we receive final approval and deliver final files to you for your first project, we will not spend time on your second project.
If you are nervous about working this way, think about the feeling of actually accomplishing a creative project.
At the beginning of the week, your designer has 1, 2 or 4 hours set aside for you each day. As we receive requests, we shift hours within the week.
For instance, if Subscriber A does not have any requests on Monday or Tuesday, we will use that time for Subscriber B. If Subscriber A has a request on Wednesday, we may then shift time from Subscriber B to Subscriber A on Thursday and Friday. Both subscribers still have their minimum reserved hours, but we shift them around during the week to give everyone as much of their reserved time and as much extra time as possible.
Of course, if Subscriber C submits a request on Friday at noon, we may not be able to give you your full 5 hours reserved that week. Subscriber C’s request will most likely be scheduled for the following week.
Every Monday it resets, so if you have an active project or project in queue, we will schedule your full reserved hours for it.
